Heterobifunctional Crosslinking Agents

These linkers were synthesized to have properties suitable for the conditions in which they are used. The top linker was designed for use with peptides which can undergo reaction in non-aqueous solvents. The bottom linker was designed specifically for use with those proteins for which aqueous solutions were required for the conjugation reaction.
